Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work in a high-performing Business Analysis team focused on global enterprise-wide highly technical projects with a big focus on SaaS implementations and other software projects.
The role will allow you to be the Lead Business Analyst on the most prestigious and high-profile/highly technical projects, where you will represent the business analyst team and mentor and develop less experienced Business Analysts.
As a Senior Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
· Identifying, setting up and running workshops with stakeholders, technology team members and vendors to elicit/communicate requirements.
· Managing requirements through the lifecycle of the project using Azure DevOps.
· Creating and maintaining any supporting materials that reinforce or support the transition to the desired outcome (e.g., process flows, wireframes, data analysis).
· Working with the business and test team to prioritise defects and support testing activities such as User Acceptance Testing.
· Contributing to project plans to identify project milestones.
· Providing and sharing knowledge, experience, and ideas to the team to support the team’s continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has the following skills and experiences:
· Experience as the lead business analyst through the full project lifecycle incl. analysing, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
· Strong facilitation, communication, listening and presentation skills, with experience of running workshops.
· Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
· Ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
· Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
· Ability to operate effectively with a limited level of direct supervision.
· Ability to work at a conceptual level where objectives and requirements may not be well defined.
