Role responsibility

Work on analytical frameworks and machine learning solutions for data analytics projects based on deep understanding of concrete business requirements and operational processes. This role is integrated in our Product and Digital teams, therefore offering ample learning and development opportunities.

This role gives you the opportunity to
  • Develop data models with the latest machine learning technologies in supervised and unsupervised settings

  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis

  • Take ownership of your projects end-to-end: build and support the solution deployment

  • Conduct data analyses, develop mathematical models, build dashboards, and create prototypes

  • Track performance over time and retrain algorithms in a MLOps fashion

  • Sharpen your data skills by running analyses and present your outcomes to consultants and clients

  • Contribute to further improving our processes and best practices

  • Help establish a data-driven culture at Efficio

    • Essential Requirements

  • An advanced degree in software engineering, computer science, a related technical field, or relevant work experience

  • Practical knowledge of various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks

  • Strong programming skills in the following languages: Python with e.g., Pandas, Numpy, Sci-Kit, NLTK, Matplotlib and other usual packages

  • Experience in at least one visualization tool like Tableau or PowerBI, understanding of visualizations such as Sankey

  • Business acumen: strong inclination to create business value via data analysis

  • Great communication skills, comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage own workload with a customer focus and solution orientated can-do attitude
