We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team!

In this role you will form part of the Digital Services Delivery Team that will manage the introduction of key components (Technical and Business Change) of all Digital Projects and the resulting change management across the Trust's clinical and business processes.

The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of a range of projects to enable Solent staff to carry out the Trust Vision with the best digital technology. Particular focus is on ensuring governance is correctly carried out, and recorded for audit purposes, as well as providing an assurance role.

The post holder will manage the programme including the capacity of the Project Managers along with tracking Finance and Reporting. They will also oversee the Digital Programme.

The post holder is responsible for developing and maintaining effective and pragmatic programme and project tools to keep delivery on track as well as finding effective ways to inform stakeholders of progress. The post holder will manage and advise project staff that have day to day responsibility for overseeing the various elements of implementation, working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to introduce new ways of working that are consistent with the new technology.

This position is full time 37.5 hours per week, there may be flexibility for part time hours which can be discussed with shortlisted candidates at interview
