Who are you?
You’re someone that commands a room and can lead people through the ups and downs of scaling an ambitious, fast-paced business. Ongoing coaching is such a high priority for you, whether that’s classroom-based learning on sales methodology, picking at the data to spot improvement opportunities, or rolling your sleeves up and joining calls and demos.
You’ll have good experience with managing an Account Executive team in a fast-moving B2B tech business, where you’ve been responsible for team output and dealt with different management challenges.
Coming from a Saas background, you’ll also be motivated by collaborating with Product & Engineering, maintaining feedback loops to contribute to your platform adapting to our ideal customer profile (ICP) needs.
What you'll be doing
This is a high-energy, hands on role where you'll be instrumental in driving our new-business sales growth across our Mid-Market and Enterprise sales team, helping the account executives to exceed their revenue targets.
Whilst you will report to and work closely with the Sales Director, you will also help drive our sales efforts across our Channel Partners and help create and win opportunities to support our Rest of World expansion drive over 2023.
You will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy in our region, including forecasting, execution, and reporting progress directly back to the Sales Director and global stakeholders.
Collaborating with our Sales Enablement team, you’ll play an active role in ongoing coaching and skills development of the AE function. You will form a cohesive working relationship with our Head of Sales Development to ensure that we’re creating the right level and quality of new opportunity that fits in with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), all whilst continuously obsessing about the problems that we look to solve for that particular customer profile.
