Our team guides strategic development of the Customer Relationship Management application (Salesforce) and related Sales Enablement and Marketing Automation technologies.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you will engage with global, multi-functional teams to drive the strategic development and enhancement of Salesforce. You will take ownership for successful integrations with key business systems and continual business process improvements. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert and ensure standards and best practices when developing and implementing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide technical expertise for the scoping and delivery of complex projects and integrations
- Reviewing code solution summaries and documenting knowledge sharing and businesses processes to ensure best practices and fit-for-purpose development
- Applying advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts to contribute to the development of future integration requirement assessment and designs
- Acting as trusted advisor to support stakeholders and business projects through all phases of requirement gathering, design, testing and deployment
- Working on complex technical problems to provide consistent, innovative solutions for faster implementations with less risk
- Developing advanced technological ideas and guiding their development into final products and solutions to provide, strategic and flexible businesses change
Requirements
- Have solid, proven development experience with Salesforce
- Be certified as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Demonstrate a dynamic understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform
- Have experience working on Agile projects
- Show the ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
- Have experience delivering successful technical projects
- Have an understanding of UI design principles and best practices
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders and teams across our business
