Overall Purpose of Job
Provide support and assistance to Servicing Agents, Specialists, Analysts, Investigators and Management to enable effective and efficient outcomes for customers. Complete all internal and external information/change requests for customers. Generating responses of a complex nature with regard to a specialised topic in an accurate and timely manner in adherence with policy, procedure and regulation. To act as a processing expert for both simple and complex tasks supporting improved business performance.
The Customer Services team interacts with our customers by telephone to provide them with information to address any inquiries they have about their mortgage or loan. In addition, they deal with and help resolve customer complaints. These customers can comprise of the mortgage or loan account holder(s) or their third party representative(s). The inquiries cover a variety of subject matters that arise from the time the account begins until it closes.
