Salary: £37.852 20% shift allowance

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off 18:00 - 06:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• To take operational leadership of the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined outcomes for the site and the customer(s)
• Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standard
• Driving continuous improvement by removing barriers to improved performance across the site where necessary
• Manage resource planning to ensure that processes are in place, teams are recruited, assessed, trained and resources are planned to meet the forecasted volume and managed to achieve optimum performance

• A solid track record in WH operational management
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including customers
• Health & Safety experience within a WH environment
• Good level of IT skills / WMS systems
