The Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual(s) who is committed, reliable and who has the ability to work as part of a team. You will be able to clearly communicate with the members of the public in varied situations, and be able to de-escalate situations wherever necessary.

You will be able to have a keen eye for detail, especially around safety checks of equipment and be able to document fault logs and provide site updates. You will act as an ambassador for the docklands area, as well as, its residents.

To follow protocols set out by line managers, whilst also act on your own initiative is vital. You will need to be fit and healthy as walking patrols throughout the day are essential. A tidy and clean appearance is required.

The Position

We are seeking a few individuals with Door Supervisor license issued by the SIA. This will be for a static position within Gloucester Docks. This is a fulltime employed position on a four days on, four days off rota pattern. Shifts are 12 hours in length. Rate of pay is £11.50 per hour. Full uniform is provided. Holiday allowance is 28 days (Bank Holiday pro rata). A preference will be placed on individuals that can work night shifts, but we will consider daytime applications as well. Both is desirable.
