学历要求: 英国大学本科及以上, 专业背景不限 有较强的英语听读写能力

We are currently looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our Education Consultant team in the London office. Your main responsibility is to provide comprehensive assistance to clients, which includes but is not limited to

· Choose the right school, university or institution for clients according to their school performance, interests, budget, preferred location and other preferences that are in line with company business growth and interest

· Reply to potential clients’ inquiries via QQ, WeChat, telephone, one-to-one consultation, etc.

· Provide accurate course-related information to clients

· Keep track on the application for clients

· Inform clients about the latest progress regarding their applications

· Make sure efficient communications are maintained between you and your clients

· Liaises with other senior staff to determine the service to be provided

· Contributes to the development of sales strategies

· Produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies

· Keep up to date with industry competitors

You will also need to participate in projects that promote company business and to provide admin and sales support whenever required.

Requirements: **

· Professional level in Chinese (Mandarin), including speaking, listening and writing is a must

· Bachelor's or master’s qualifications (from one of the UK's higher education institutions)

· Be familiar with the UK education system and application process for different courses.

· Experience working in the education sector is preferred (not essential)

· Willing to begin a career in this field

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong organisational skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work independently

· Patient

· Teamwork

· Proficient in MS office tools

· Candidates with relevant working experience are preferred

· Candidates with campus agent/brand ambassador, campus brand promotion and campus event planning/organising experience are preferred
