An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented content creator to lead the creative and social media platforms.

Skills / Requirements

• A solid understanding of the use of all of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Lock 91's brand image and target audience
• Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write and design a high quality post to using effective storytelling techniques. Graphic design experience ideal.
• Videography experience - content capture
• Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
• Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights
• An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
• Excellent networking skills.
• Motivated to constantly meet high standards
• Lead our content creation plan based around our topic pillars, ensuring all content is engaging and maximizing content synchronicity across all platforms
• Experience in paid social campaign management
• At least 2 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
• Manage all social media platforms
• Plan content, schedule and delivery
• Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our brand
• Create engaging multimedia content
• Social media engagement across all platforms
• Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using analytics
