We’re Blue Door Property Guardians, the zero-cost solution for vacant property. In a nutshell, we provide affordable accommodation for key workers, post graduates and young professionals in both commercial or residential property. Our 'guardians' live in the property as if it were their home, and at the same time provide property security.
We have plenty going on and lots to shout about, so we’re looking for a social media enthusiast to help us with our socials. Along with your social media skills, keeping up to date with the latest trends and updates, writing engaging blogs and sending out top-notch newsletters, you will be playing a pivotal role in our business.
The projects you’ll embark on are:
● The management of our social media channels - Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
● Content creation and copywriting for social media posts, blogs and newsletters
● Updating the website
● Implementing a strategy
● Monthly reports with suggestions and recommendations
● Creating social videos /reels as part of the social content
● Posting engaging stories
Experience:
● Up-to-date knowledge of the ever-changing world of social media including trends and social updates
● Experience of creating newsletters and using Mailchimp
● Knowledge of Google Analytics
● Awareness of Squarespace
● Creative copywriting skills
● Innovative content creation skills
● Some knowledge on numbers for data reporting
● Skilled social media skills
