From Freeda's experience, Freeda Platform is born: the marketing and engagement platform that aims to innovate the marketing and communication consultancy market through a combination of data analysis and creativity.

The goal of the Platform is to help brand partners become more relevant to the new generations, through a social strategy aimed at improving content and setting a model based on listening to the needs of their consumer audiences.

At the moment we are looking for a Social Media Manager to be included within our London team. This figure will manage the social channels and the fanbase of a specific project and build an empathic

relationship with users, maintaining the social strategy and the established tone of voice.


Activities and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the social strategy by applying the correct tone of voice;

  • Takes part to creative brainstorming working with the creative team;

  • Scheduling and publication on the various social platforms;

  • Mixing communication strategy with sensitivity and intuition, translating this mix into written language;

  • Owner of all communications regarding social strategy / operative issues with the partner;

  • Manage and administer the social community (FB and IG) for the special project;
  • Moderation of conversations and first contact in relation to in-depth questions;
  • Resolve any conflicts that may arise between the community.



Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in the same role;

  • Strong alignment with the values and mission of the project;

  • Editorial sensitivity and attention to detail;

  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of social channels;

  • Fluency in English.
