We are looking to recruit a Social Media Manager to support across San Carlo Restaurants UK portfolio. Restaurants include San Carlo, Cicchetti, Alto at the rooftop, Selfridges, Bottega, Isola, Fumo, Signor Sassi, Champagne Bar and Gran Cafe.

Based on authentic modern Italy, San Carlo Group is constantly growing with 25 restaurants now in the UK and a growing international presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the ongoing social media strategy for San Carlo’s portfolio of restaurants and internal communications social platforms
• Work alongside our in-house photographer and content creator whilst overseeing the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content, whilst ensuring each brand within the business stays true to its brand personality and tone of voice
• Build audience and engagement on social channels via organic content
• Create a regular publishing schedule & leverage the right tools to manage content
• Oversee community management and guests responses
• Use social media stats to analyse & report on social media successes, growth, development and performance
• Weekly reporting to the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager and Directors
• Manage internal social media platforms, ensuring employees are kept informed and motivated through various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc…)
• Support the recruitment team in recruitment advertising and setting up of recruitment campaigns via social
• To engage the company and its employees into social media communications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
