Social Media & Website Coordinator

RHL Activities are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media & Website
Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company and events.
As the Social Media & Website Coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers to our company and events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and discover current social media and content trends
  • Create engaging text, image, graphics and video content for social media, along with assisting with web and print
  • To produce and deliver content plans
  • Design posts to sustain and create buzz for our customers around our company and events
  • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO. Submitting monthly reports to the Head of Marketing
  • Ensure the websites are updated with the latest news, results, images, videos and adverts. Including working with the team on website development and changes
  • Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee social media accounts to ensure brand visibility and its partners
  • Work with the Partnership Manager regarding partners social and content commitments
  • Engage and build our online community
  • Set up and deliver the company and events paid social media advertising
  • To achieve the set KPI’s and produce monthly Social Media reports
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Plus other tasks from the Department when requested

Hours

- Office Hours Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.00pm (Must be willing to work over for deadlines)

- Weekend work is required for events up to 10 events per year

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms

(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tiktok) and working with Creator Studio orBusiness Suite.

  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Experience in Paid Social Media Advertising
  • Excellent social listening skills
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 2 year’s experience or more with social media marketing or content creation in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Canva

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,960.00-£28,258.00 per year
