HR Software Sales Consultant required to join provider of Cloud Based HR Solutions. You will be working in a growing team of Sales Consultants, in a company that is fast paced, growing and ambitious.

Salary To £40k plus commission uncapped (OTE £70k but uncapped) plus 25 days holidays + bank holidays, flexible working, regular social events, remotely and in person.

The job can be fully remote or hybrid (Head Office in London) however you must be UK based so can attend company functions from time to time.

Experience in Software Sales a must ideally with HR/HCM but will consider Payroll, LMS, Training, Recruitment, attendance, CRM or Performance Software experience.

Following a period of training you will be managing your own prospects, working with them from initial contact (via inbound website requests) and qualification, providing live product demonstrations through to closing.

They require:

• A degree or relevant experience
• Previous experience working in software sales (ideally HR, payroll, recruitment, learning, attendance, CRM or related)
• Consultative sales approach
• Experience with live product demonstrations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Excellent collaboration and can work in a team or independently.

The role will involve:

• Capture new sales opportunities via inbound website requests / telemarketing activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Manage your pipeline, capture and manage information/data/metrics in the Salesforce CRM system.
• Demonstrate the product both online and face to face usually with the HR, IT and Finance contacts within the organisation.
• Learn the system so you can configure modules for demonstrations
• Respond to requests for information and proposals.
• Stay up to date with industry and market trends.
