Job Description:

Conigital is looking for a Software Test Engineer who will be testing the entire software suite. It would be ideal if you can write automation scripts; if not willingness to progress in that direction is highly desirable. You will be responsible for planning and implementing tests that prove the functional and non-functional requirements of the system. You will be working closely with the Product Manager and Technical leads to ensure development and delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse requirements, specifications, and provide timely feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify and report issues with appropriate details, support development team to understand/replicate the issue and verify the solution.
• Test individual functionalities to enable sign off at task level.
• Perform end to end, Black box, and regression testing.
• Provide performance report to the Manager(s).

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in testing, preferably in Manual testing.
• Experience in Automation testing will be preferable
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Basic coding concepts
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence – ability to see the bigger picture.
• Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

• Ability to write automation scripts.
• Familiarity with Node JS (typescript), Flutter, Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and React
