Your department

You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for providing effective first line IT assistance across our European environment.

Your role

As Software Tester you will be working with development teams, project managers and users to ensure the criteria for testing are fulfilled, working within a testing environment, accessing products, and checking for quality and accuracy.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining test scripts
• Providing feedback to the team leader of progress being made on testing
• Continuous regression testing
• Producing product defect reports
• Creating and updating our development call defect system (TFS)
• Liaising with the programming and training teams as required
• Understanding structured test methods and processes
• Performing manual and automated tests
• Keeping your knowledge current in test strategies and being proactive in improving processes

• Are familiar with testing software products
• Preferably have experience in Basic Programming

Salary: £25,047.29-£52,014.47 per year
