About the role: This exciting new role within the PMO has been created to help the sales team achieve their targets by being the Subject Matter Expert in pre and post-sales environments. This position will support new business growth
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Drive and innovate iPLATO’s healthcare solutions and digital transformations by leveraging our experience in healthtech.
  • Participate across the sales life cycle on acquiring strategic customers.
  • Prepare and present key documents such as tender responses, proposals, contracts and presentations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to existing and potential customers and partners
  • Work alongside the commercial team with specific focus on:
o Service and solution design: to ensure that the service is delivered safely in the most cost-effective and efficient manner;
o Stakeholder engagement: to ensure good communications with all involved parties (NHS and other organisations), so that their needs are fully understood and met, and their obligations are delivered
o Create and maintain a channel to communicate product feedback from the customer to product management.
o Research and develop core product differentiators, positioning and competitive analysis.
o Use systems to track, report and manage sales results and pipeline
What we are looking for:
Essential:
  • Demonstrable experience in developing business cases for medium to large-scale complex public healthcare transformation programmes in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to support business development in a pre-sales capacity
  • Ability to support implementation and roll-out in a post-sales capacity
  • Ability to work through complex problems and deal with ambiguity, assessing options and generating solutions by collaborating with sales, product, engineering and the operations teams
  • Relevant experience in process development and optimisation.
  • Experience in deploying behavioural insights to design and document pathway transformation.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, highly customer focused and comfortable operating at Board level.
  • Excellent commercial judgment
  • Ability to have conversations with the customer and then map that to a technical conversation around solutions and features for technical audiences
  • Demonstrable experience in a previous role developing initiatives that helped achieve revenue targets
  • A minimum of 5 to 6 years of proven experience
Desirable:
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, or computer science.
  • A clinical background as a specialist consultant, doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
  • A network of contacts across the NHS
