Role: Solutions Consultant (Technical Pre-Sales)

Location: Home based with UK travel as required to Client sites

Salary: £80 - 100K + 10% Bonus + Employee Benefits

The role:[CJ1]

This role sits between the Customers and the Sales and Delivery Teams delivering Solutions Consultancy as follows:

· Run Discovery sessions with the Customer to understand, visualise and document customer requirement

· Support Sales Team in the bid process to develop winning bid responses

· Support Solutions Team SME’s to shape the solutions, build prototypes and estimate cost of delivery and define optimum delivery approach

· Handover to Delivery Teams

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

· You will need to be a SME in one of the following technical specialisms:

Digital Workplace Solutions

Data/Insight Solutions

Application Managed Services and Modernisation

· Genuine passion for technology and using technology to solve business problems, whilst ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and drive efficiencies

· Experience gained in a technical pre-sales capacity with 3+ years’ experience in a similar customer facing role

· A strong technical early career in software development and technical solutions delivery to Customers, comfortable with the SDLC and working collaboratively with software development and delivery teams

· Creative and innovation, a real problem solver that can articulate technical requirements and potential solutions

· Experience of delivering digital transformation and /or modernisation solutions in the Public Sector including responding to Public Sector bids would be highly desirable
