Job Description :

We are seeking a Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist to join our dynamic Luton and Bedfordshire mental health team. In this role you will provide clinical pharmacy and medicines management services to all mental health services. We are an expanding trust which means there is lots of opportunity for experience and growth. You will be able to participate in mental health rotations including Adult inpatients, CAMHS, Perinatal Services, Crisis and Home Treatment teams, Community Mental Health as well as linking with our pharmacy teams in Community Health Services and Primary Care.

We are hoping to find someone who works well with a pharmacy team. You will also need the skills to be able to work within the wider multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals. You will want to develop and improve the reliability and quality of our clinical pharmacy service. You will be passionate about wanting to support patients and their families through their recovery process and about managing and optimising medicines collaboratively.
