Your responsibilities:

· Carry out lead generation to identify opportunities within your specialist market

· Write, place and update job adverts & process applications and responses efficiently

· Sourcing & qualifying candidates

· Pitching potential roles to suitable candidates

· Preparing candidates for interviews and providing candidates with feedback following interviews

· Closing candidates

· Work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintenance of database

· We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate how and why there are motivated to succeed

· Someone who is target driven and ambitious

· Someone with excellent communication skills (both written and orally) and can build rapport easily
