Stall Sales:
We are looking for a passionate & sales driven assistant at our Fragrance Stall/Kiosk.
We are looking to grow our team with enthusiastic individuals looking to make some extra cash over the weekends.
Previous experience in the world of fragrance or beauty is ideal.

The Role:
- You will represent at our stand/kiosk to walking by customers.
- Understand customers interests to ensure correct products are recommended to each customer.
- Enjoy selling and talking to customers at our stall located indoors.
- Keeping the stall tidy and general maintenance of the table.
- Actively engaging with potential customers and making a lasting impression.
- Making Videos of the products which may include presenting a particular fragrance on social media.

- Reliability and consistency in the role
- Enthusiastic and highly-motivated
- Good communicator - able to build a rapport with our customers & colleagues
- Good sense of humour – you’re able to do a great job, but have fun while doing it and be approachable by customers
- An enthusiastic people-person, your customer service skills are second to none
- Ability to follow set procedures , whilst working at pace
- Calm and collected when approached , whilst working at efficiently and with a smile
- Take great pride in presentation and have an eye for detail
- Good personal presentation, smart casual attire

Requirements:
- Experience of excellent customer service – understanding customers needs and willing to go the extra mile.
- Able to work Weekend afternoons (Fri, Sat & Sun) (12pm - 6pm)
- Previous Fragrance experience (preferable)
- Previous sales experience (preferable)
- Ability to use a smartphone for payment app's
- Ambitious, determined, and confident in your ability to speak to others.
- Previous experience in face to face sales.
- Outgoing, Bubbly and fun.
- Target Driven.
- Previous experience in the world of fragrance or beauty is ideal.

What We Offer:
- Part time positions depending on the applicant.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The below are the process we will follow in order to recruit the successful candidate.
- Screened upon application for qualification, skills & experience
- Interviewed via Zoom or invited to face to face interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 3 days paid training/trial

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: £6.03-£10.03 per hour
