A proven track record in a process driven administration or customer services role. Previous database administration experience a distinct advantage.

Escalating any issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner and partnering with other key people (both internal and external) to find timely resolutions.

Communicating with relevant parties using the appropriate means and language inc attending internal meetings/calls where required.

Experience writing testable code with unit tests and working in a test-driven manner using JavaScript test frameworks (MochaJS, JEST, Puppeteer).
