We’re looking for a confident and ambitious individual to take on the Store Manager position for a luxury childrenswear store based in Westfield, White City. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a store with a turnover of £1 million.

The Role

As Store Manager you will be responsible for representing this luxury brand’s values and highly respected identity. You’ll uphold the highest standard of customer service at all times ensuring that they have a fantastic shopping experience and always leave satisfied. On a daily basis you will be overseeing the operations of the store including supervising employees and managing inventory.

With a keen eye for detail, you will implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. You will also ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Candidates must live easily accessible to White City either by train or driving.

How you’ll dazzle us

You will need to be smart, polished and have a luxury retail background experience. Ideally, you will already be a Manager in a luxury retail environment and have managed a team of retail professionals.

As an individual you will be inspirational and demonstrate great communication skills. You should be organised, well presented and sales target driven.
