Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• You lead by example.
• Working hours as required to run the store efficiently and profitably.
• Learning and being able to do every job in the Domino's Pizza store.
• Ensure that all team members know and enforce Domino’s Pizza service and product guarantees.
• Ensure that all team members always conform to Domino’s Pizza image standards.
• Ensure that standards regarding cleanliness, health and hygiene, food safety are always maintained.
• Help train and cross train Team Members.
• Providing a safe working environment for all Team Members, adhering to Domino’s Pizza Safety and Security Policies.
