We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Strategic Account Manager, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Success EMEA, you will be supporting our Client Success team by ensuring retention and growth within your assigned portfolio of accounts. As a Strategic Account Manager, you are responsible for growing revenue from our existing clients, maintaining high levels of client retention, and driving an amazing client experience.
