Your mission:

  • Oversee, develop and further optimize the daily supply chain operations in the UK.
  • Manage warehousing & distribution partners in UK including:
    • Onboarding new suppliers
    • Negotiating pricing and conditions with all supply chain related partners
    • Upholding service levels and quality standards (OTIF)
    • Owning inventory levels of both production and marketing material, manage sourcing and determine most efficient supply route.
  • Own UK demand forecast and lead UK S&OP process with sales team by analysing previous trends and understanding sales pipeline to form a robust rolling 12-month view.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to local and international teams on UK inventory to ensure continuous supply across customer base.
  • Key point of contact to central supply chain in Switzerland, connecting the UK S&OP process to European roll up.
  • Build & continuously improve Planted’s data landscape in the UK. Set us up to be retail ready both in terms of EDI ordering and working closely with HQ to imbed ERP system.
  • Keep track of changes to the product portfolio, seasonality patterns, supply constraints, lead-times and deploy information to local team.
  • In collaboration with finance team, manage all back office financial processes including invoices, payments and internal financial reporting.
  • Partner with finance on management of budgets and support with insight, to help drive commercial performance
  • Continuously contribute to Planted’s quantitative and qualitative feedback culture by tracking customer needs and product applications in the UK and sharing with global HQ.


You:


  • Ideally living in London or commutable (2 days per week).
  • Self-driven, go-getter with 3+ years or more work experience in supply and operations within FMCG.
  • Broad skillset in being able to manage the end-to-end supply chain
  • Experience in working with Grocery, Foodservice and RTM customers.
  • Highly organised, reliable and numbers driven personality
  • Excellent communication skills in an international, cross-functional environment
  • Working knowledge of MS 365 Business Central or other ERP systems
  • Enthusiastic about working with plant-based meat and food in general
  • A team-player and responsibility-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of independence.
  • Experience in working in a matrix, international organisation (desirable)
  • Able to manage and organise multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
  • Allowed to work in UK (valid work permit).
