Job Description
-The Supply Planning Coordinator – Replenishment: Responsible for order management for the whole replenishment portfolio and coordination with respective team around forecast, maintaining accurate records, reviewing invoices, and liaising with vendors and suppliers.

  • Owns end to end replenishment process for the replenishment category for supply planning of jewellery
  • Improves the process and resolves bottlenecks with robust & agile solutions
  • Manages rolling order cycle for each quarter based on the capacity shared by suppliers and requirement shared by merchandising team
    • Involved in creating the breakdown of delivery schedule
    • Involved in raising the orders in the system and communicating it to the suppliers
    • Tracking of production based on the delivery schedule agreed
  • Liaises with Suppliers & internal Finance team on invoices and updating any changes in the system
  • Shares visibility on shipments with Quality Control team, Logistics and Merchandisers
  • Stone assignment to FG products and work closely with Diamond Sourcing for shipments to FG suppliers
  • Regular communications to all stakeholders regarding production & delivery timelines.
  • Keeping system information records up to date
  • Responsible for reporting weekly schedule to the business.
  • Responsible for setting up shipping to China directly from suppliers and managing the flow of it as well.
  • Adhoc:
    • Assist with local mounting (LM) management
    • Supports teams with special orders
    • Supports diamonds team with returns
  • Works closely with Supply Planning Coordinator – New Launches Jewellery on capacity issues and production concerns

Qualifications
-Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree educated, preferred degree in Supply Chain Management or Business
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Sourcing/ Production/ Supply Chain Planning

Mental Processing Ability

  • Understands own role in relation to the team and how it contributes
  • Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve objectives

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Time management: Prioritise, structure work & effectively manage time
  • Awareness of the diamond/luxury jewellery industry bonus
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Excel intermediate
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Social Process Skills

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Build strong, personal, and effective working relationships
  • Work self-sufficiently with great attention to detail
