We are looking to recruit exceptional sales professionals who have a passion for supporting people to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.

This is so much more than just a sales role. You will be providing sales and service support across a number of elective surgical specialisms, including cosmetic, weight loss, gynaecology, urology and orthopaedics.

The person we’re looking for!

- Is confident and empathetic, with an ability to build a strong rapport with people at all levels.
- Is committed to providing patient care excellence in every interaction.
- Has proven sales experience (not necessarily in a healthcare environment).
- Is results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed set targets.
- Works well in a close-knit team, but can also work independently.
- Is computer literate and carries out administrative duties to a high standard, adhering to all required policies and procedures.

You’ll be based in our bright, centrally-located Shared Service Centre in Glasgow, with the potential to work on a hybrid basis in the future.

- £50,000 OTE (£24,000 +2% commission)
- Uncapped commission structure
- A minimum of 29 days holiday per year, including public holidays
- Occupational pension scheme
