Given our deep relationships with our partners, we are excellently placed to offer continued people consultancy as well as talent needs.

What is the Opportunity?

We have a clear need for an experienced Talent Consultant who can deliver roles across the entire software development and technology life cycle. They will work directly with the customers we have and deliver their needs. We have a fantastic brand that can be leveraged to bring on further clients as we grow.

There’s also an opportunity to grow and learn across the wider consultancy business to ensure you are growing broadly across all things ‘Talent Strategy’.

What is the reward?

Other than the reward of working with us (haha), we offer a fixed salary but a large uncapped commission. The key is that you deliver and you will be rewarded heavily.

How would the role work?

The opportunity is flexible around you and we are a small team that is based in Horsham. You can be partially remote but we also would like to meet as a team regularly as we believe collaboration is a key part of what makes us successful.

We are also open to part-time as we know people have commitments that we’d like to accommodate.

Ultimately, we’re very adaptable, what’s important to us is that we have a similar view on the People & Talent Consultancy market and the opportunities within it. We both want to see the benefits of working together, and believe that there is an achievable roadmap to growth and success.
