Role:
Talentful is seeking a Talent Operations Analyst to join their Global Delivery Team. You will be using data to identify, present ideas and devise actions-plans for cross-functional transformation projects. Within this role, you will provide analyses and insights, supporting and owning projects aimed at solving complex problems impacting our delivery operations and customer experience. This is the perfect role for someone to develop their career in operations and join a data-driven, enthusiastic talent operations and enablement team.
What will you do around here...
You will be responsible for…
Owning all data-related projects within Talentful’s Global Delivery Team
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ie, sales and marketing on ad hoc data-related projects
Leading process improvements - recognize inefficiencies or gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement new processes
Being point of contact for any queries from Directors and VPs and other internal cross-functional stakeholders
Creating accurate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Senior Management and Executive teams
Actively communicating to all stakeholders on project and key metric progress
Assisting with weekly and monthly gap analysis on business performance towards achievement of objectives and key results
Scoping, building and designing project processes
Ensuring urgent items get escalated at the appropriate pace

Have 3-5 years of operations experience
Experience in delivering analytical solutions to complex problems
Are a proactive problem solver, always seeking to improve processes and productivity
A critical thinker – You use logic to identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and synthesise and present critical information to solve complex problems
An excellent communicator – able to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, gravitas and precision, both written and verbal
Display a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret data can read data and provide insights
Have the superior ability to multitask and handle multiple urgent priorities
Have the ability to maintain internal and external relationships, work across cross-functional delivery teams
Have the ability to work within a deadline-driven team environment
Are fluent in Google Suite applications (especially Google Sheets)
Are experienced in using Business Intelligence Tools, ie, Tableau / Taleo
