Tate is looking for a Tate Collective Marketing Officer with a passion for youth culture to help grow one of the largest arts memberships in the world. Develop your marketing experience and help connect young and diverse audiences to Tate.

Tate Collective, our membership scheme for 16–25 year-olds is growing. We're looking for a creative marketer whose work will make sure young people know about and engage with what’s on for them at Tate.

You’ll work on marketing activity that gets us on the radar of a broad and diverse range of audiences. You’ll deliver campaigns to help grow the Tate Collective membership and keep existing members up to date with the latest across our galleries and online.

You have a wide range of skills that mean you can confidently flex from writing a marketing and design brief, to building an email automation, analysing data and presenting your results back to others. You’re a natural collaborator and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team. You are proactive, well organised and have great attention to detail.

You’re someone who’s in touch with youth culture and you’re full of ideas about how to reach and appeal to young audiences in new and authentic ways. Most importantly, you’ve got a passion for engaging young people in culture.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
