You will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and a desire to work as part of a team. You’ll love to be the person who meets and greets everyone who visits our cinemas making them feel like a valued customers.
Furthermore, you’ll be someone who takes absolute pride in a job well done, always looking to show your initiative and reach for the highest standards. Whether it’s selling tickets, cleaning the cinema facilities, selling popcorn or showing people to their seats, you’ll be the person who ensures that our customers experience our ‘effortless escapism’.
As a Team Member you’ll be responsible for the following tasks (but not limited to):
  • Dealing with Customers.
  • Cash Handling.
  • Food Handling.
  • Cleaning cinema facilities.
  • Following Company Policies and Procedure.

In this role personality is key! We want to see positive, outgoing individuals with a genuine love of working with customers!
We are also looking for employees who can work flexible hours during the weekdays (including the evenings) and weekends.

Empire Cinemas was founded in 2005 and took its name from the iconic Empire Leicester Square theatre which has been one of London’s most popular cinemas since it played host to the first moving images screened to a UK audience back in 1896. It was our flagship until its sale to Cineworld in August 2016.
We are the leading independently-owned cinema chain in the UK. We currently have 14 locations across the UK, offering a total of 125 screens nationwide. With some of our cinemas offering the brilliant IMPACT and IMAX® screens as well as our latest addition, the fantastic D-BOX seating delivers an enhanced cinematic experience.
