Serving customers in a timely manner. Operating tills and handling cash. Maintaining standards around product quality and cleanliness.

Reviewing performance metrics at departmental meetings and driving performance through actions. Effecting 2 way communication through team meetings.

Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification. Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation.

Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage but not essential. Inspiring our customers with spraying fragrances and providing demonstrations.
