Experience in a similar role as a barista , dessert preparer, line chef or fast pace retail is preferred though not essential as full training shall be given.

Ideally you will live in Ashford ,be 18+ as if working evening shifts on occasion may be leaving at 10.30pm .Our rota's change weekly and you will need to be flexible and available week day evenings , weekends and during holiday periods . Hours of work to be discussed and we are flexible but approx 15-20 hours per week and we would need you to be available for more hours during holiday periods

The successful candidate will be

• Friendly and cheerful with an outgoing personality
• A team player but also able to work on their own initiative
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment and cope when under pressure

After training you will be :

• Preparing menu items including desserts and hot & cold drinks to standard
• Working on the counter taking orders and using the till
• Greeting and seating customers
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring every customer has the very best experience
