Skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience of Business Analysis in an IT function, ideally in product development and build
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and capture requirements
  • Experienced at championing requirements with Technical teams
  • Experience of Agile, eg Scrum
  • Good stakeholder management skills and communication skills
  • Customer first, solution focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to map processes would be an advantage

About the team

Operate Digital is the central function that creates and runs technology. We also transform the way our clients use technology in delivering assets to our clients across a wide range of business processes. Working with industry leading, alliance partners across architecture, development, and multiple other technologies, we interact with all technology platforms and provide tangible technology delivery at scale.


As Technical Business Analyst, responsibilities will include;

  • Support Product Managers to design and build products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Be solution focused, and be able to present options and recommendations.
  • Capturing and documenting feature requirements working between Business and Technical teams
  • Support the Product Manager to prioritise feature build in our product roadmaps.
  • Represent the needs of the user, as we champion a customer first approach.
  • Champion agile ways of working.
  • Map processes where it is needed, and also the target state.
