Salary: £27,221

What you’ll be doing:

• Undertaking a range of specialised clerical and administrative duties

• Taking detailed, concise and accurate recording of minutes and actions

• Processing complex and varied documents and information received from a range of sources

• Obtaining, formatting and analysing data from a number of sources to produce reports and schedules

• Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers (including international)

• Maintenance and storage of technical documentation

Your skills and experiences:

• Minute taking experience

• Experience in a similar role and strong administrative experience

• Proficient in Microsoft packages and systems (Excel, Outlook, SAP, Word, etc)

• Understanding of how to deal with confidential knowledge/information

• Experience of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

• Document control knowledge

The Nuclear Safety Compliance team:

Joining a team of 5, providing a service directly supporting Authorisation Condition owners to ensure arrangements suitable comply with Site Licensing, safety case and nuclear requirements. The team provide direct support to the boat programs, sitting directly within the Test and Commissioning Function, and support administration e.g., record tool sets, as well as working with the delivery team to ensure documents are correct.
