The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in our different regions. This role has a focus on Technical roles. As we work in an international environment, you will cooperate with Line Managers and HR teams across the globe.

The Responsibilities

  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of suitable candidates
  • Source applicants through online channels (LinkedIn, social media) and other professional networks
  • Coordinate with relevant hiring managers and business Leaders to define hiring needs
  • Building talent pool, actively sourcing, and using creative ideas to reach the best talents for our vacancies
  • Create job descriptions that are appealing and reflect the requirements for each position
  • Interviewing: conduct screening calls, online interviews, provide feedback to the hiring managers in line with our global procedures
  • Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practice, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with hiring managers, HRBPs
  • Maintain contacts with external partners and staffing agencies
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview feedback
  • Keep data up to date into our ATS
  • Local process optimization and collaboration on international projects


The Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your degree in Economics, HR, Psychology, or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition
  • Previous experience in Technical recruitment is a must
  • Expertise with LinkedIn sourcing projects, social media recruiting, candidate database
  • You are a data-oriented person, with a structured approach towards Applicant Tracking system, and you generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and keep stakeholders up to date
  • Excellent communication skills, independent, pro-active way of thinking
  • You inspire others with your enthusiasm and have a keen sense for people and their potentials
  • High motivation, hands-on mentality and service orientation rounds off your profile
  • You like dynamic working environments, and you want to have a personal impact
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business
  • Fluent level of English. Any additional European language will be considered a plus
