Job Summary:
We are recruiting three ambitious, B2B Telephone Account Managers with excellent communication and influencing skills to join our well-established international contact centre, working on behalf of our client, Asahi UK.
You will represent an exceptional portfolioof premium beers, ales, and cider brands such as Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, Meantime, Fuller’s London Pride, and Cornish Orchards and play a key role in supporting business growth.
You will be ambitious, energetic, and committed to delivering results while building meaningful connections with your customers, clients, and colleagues. You’ll have a passion for the beer and hospitality industries and be passionate about working for Asahi.
Previous experience in the drinks trade on-trade sector/hospitality sales is desirable but not essential. We will provide full product training to perform this role.
As a Telephone Account Manager, you will look after a regional portfolio of on-trade outlets through B2B telephone and virtual channels. Using rapport-building communication and influencing skills, you will build and maintain customer relationships to continue promoting the Asahi brands, addressing any issues, and seeking out and supporting opportunities to drive the rate of sales and organic growth. In addition, you will be identifying and driving new distribution opportunities and working in collaboration with your Asahi colleagues to completion.
You will be required to update and maintain a CRM Database with information from each customer interaction, ensuring attention to detail and capturing valuable data and insight that you will continually utilise to continue building customer relationships and unlocking opportunities.

Salary: £21,000 plus £4000 Bonus paid quarterly (performance-based) Pro Rata
Location: Eastern England, South Western England, and London. Remote Working, however, you must be living in the UK and ideally located within the specified region. There will be some requirements for occasional travel for training, team, and client meetings (travel expenses covered)
Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract – With the potential to become permanent
Working Hours: Core hours: Monday – Thursday 8.45 – 5.30 Friday 8.45 – 4.15. With occasional flexibility required/offered
Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays
