Job Description :
- Talking to our UK, Irish or international customers via inbound calls.
- Responding to all forms of social media contact.
- Chatting to many customers via Live Chat.
- Receiving calls from our lovely store teams who may need help.
- Processing returned goods for exchange or refund.
- Assisting our CS Manager or CS Team Leader with specific customer service projects where required.
It’s important you are able to demonstrate a great command of English language, both verbally and in writing.
We like to see that you are competent in using computer systems and have a good understanding of social media.
