The Team:
Many in our team have been with us for a long time – years. They have a wealth of knowledge which offers great comfort and support to our newest members. A team is only as good as everyone within it and we support each other. Working as a united team is one of our biggest strengths, something we have proved remains strong even whilst remote working - with a little help from technology! The role can be very busy, and we can at times feel the pressure, but we never forget to support each other and make sure everyone is OK.
We want you to be excited, knowing that we will train and support you to feel empowered to be brilliant. You will have the satisfaction of amazing customer feedback, because the service you’ve delivered is why that customer will keep on coming back.

What makes us so successful? Well… it’s our passion for our people, our customers and our commitment to running an ethical and sustainable company. Every employee is important, so taking care of each other and being a kind person is central to our ethos. Add this to our fantastic designs, innovative products, our attention to detail and never-ending pursuit of high standards means we have built a company that makes each of us proud.
