Job Description :

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager who is passionate about improving services for staff and service users to join the Tower Hamlets CAMHS service for a 12-month fixed term contract. The post-holder will bring experience of working with mental health services, service re-design and improvement methodologies and will be confident in working across organisational boundaries to deliver projects to time and budget.

The post-holder will work closely with the General Manager and Operations and Transformation manager for the co-ordination and delivery of a program of service projects including Access and Flow project as well as development of processes and protocols to support the operational and clinical delivery of TH CAMHS.

The post-holder will be expected to operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and will be responsible for the delivery of the agreed projects in line with services’ priorities. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that assigned projects are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery. This role is suitable for a project manager with a desire to work within the NHS, ensuring value for public money and helping to improve outcomes for staff and service users through innovative, efficient and robust project management.
