Vines of Redhill is looking for a Trainee MINI Sales Executive.

Your role

Here at MINI, we believe our customers are everything that's why you’ll offer exquisite levels of customer service by providing knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service.

You’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI will fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

Generally, your first 6 months will be filled with:

• Shadowing our experienced sales executives to learn the end-to-end sales process
• Work closely with the MINI Brand Manager, Business Manager and Used Car Controller to develop your skills and knowledge
• Utilise digital and traditional tools to maximise every customer contact and sales lead
• Being a confident and proactive member of the close-knit team

£23,028 - £30,000 dependent upon the level of previous sales experience.

42.5 hours per week over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00.
