The Operational and Business Management Programme is an immersive, multi-sensory journey through the flavours and experiences of our distilleries. This is a chance to be involved in an ambitious and truly one-of-a-kind opportunity where our aim is to take your current skills and grow them further.
You’ll be supported throughout the programme by a mentor and be expected to move around our sites for the duration of the programme to gain valuable hands on experience.

We’re looking for a motivated individual who already has experience of working in a manufacturing environment. It would be great if you already had some knowledge or understanding of how a distillery works or have the genuine passion to learn. The role requires mobility across malt and may be based at one of our malt sites (Four corner's of Scotland)
