Job Description :

We have a number of exciting opportunities within our new National Resilience Team. We are looking for Triage and Early Interventions Officers to support victims of crime throughout England and Wales.

All members of the team will be home working, working full-time (37.5 hours a week) or part-time (from 15 hours a week).

About the role:

As a Triage and Early Interventions Officer, you will be:

  • the first point of contact for clients from the area, or contract to which you have been allocated for an agreed time
  • carrying a caseload of clients requiring immediate and short term interventions
  • maintaining case management records, developing personal support plans, and referring clients on, as required
  • working as part of a team to ensure that all outcomes and KPI measures are met

You will need:

  • strong personal resilience and flexibility to work virtually with different teams as deployed to do so
  • experience of working with clients to achieve outcomes, based on needs and risk assessments
  • experience of safeguarding issues and legislation
  • strong written and communication skills
  • the ability to work from home effectively, both on your own and as part of a team
