Tutor – Business Analyst and Associate Project Management

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional Tutor to continue to offer our clients and learners the best possible service.

At Instep UK our Tutors work remotely and facilitate group and 1 to 1 training sessions. They support their learner’s developing knowledge and improving competencies in relation to the apprenticeship standards (Business Analyst L4 and APM L4).

What makes a great candidate?

You must be innovative, able to manage change, have excellent communication and influencing skills, be results driven and understand what makes a business or organisation successful.

You will come from a Project Management/Business Analyst background and hold an appropriate assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1 or CAVA) and have an understanding of the PMQ exam, and APM awarding body. You will be confident when dealing with learners and clients, so great communication, IT and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to build successful relationships. You must have delivered L4 training and be able to bring the subject matter to life while keeping your learners engaged. Your passion for the subject should shine through and be infectious.

Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
