Axial Capital is a boutique London-based corporate advisory firm with satellite operations across the UK, US, and Europe. Our service offering is toward those ambitious business owners who want to achieve growth by strategic expansion and by investment. We have an opening for an independent Corporate Advisor with experience in capital-raising and business development, ready to take on responsibilities of sourcing and managing your own client book of transactions £250k-15mil. This is a commission based consultant role.

This position is for a candidate with experience in engaging new clients for financing activities and corporate advice, and you'll focus on discussing, agreeing and executing our advisory services with those clients. You will have access to our investor base and will have our support (typically 2-3 consultants on each transaction) with undertaking the capital raise for the client, by operating under the Axial Capital brand-name.

Remuneration is based on the companies/clients that you engage on a service fee (commission on that service fee), plus commission on the funds that Axial raises for each company that you engage. The client companies can be in your local area, but can also be in other parts of the UK/Europe.
