Supporting our clients in these matters is about providing robust independent views that bring together deep forensic accounting and/or commercial knowledge, sector insight and experience of dispute resolution forums. Our clients look to us to make it happen, and as a Disputes Senior Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal, working with multiple stakeholders with some of the most innovative technology tools available.
The opportunity
Our Forensic & Integrity Services team is growing, and as a Disputes Senior Manager you’ll play a key role in that growth specialising in one of our growth channels: Government and Infrastructure. You can expect to take on a wide range of work which involves building relationships, identifying, and developing opportunities for EY’s services, responding to formal tenders and delivering on engagements from proactive contract assurance and pre dispute resolution to reactive formal dispute resolution. You will also get the opportunity to work with and learn from our diverse team of enthusiastic individuals, from graduates to senior experts with experience in a breadth of forensic disciplines.
Your key responsibilities
It’s no exaggeration to say you’ll never be doing the same task for too long. You’re likely to balance your time between directly liaising with our clients to understand their needs, analysing complex commercial issues and where appropriate developing bid responses and propositions. It’s all about using your skills to creatively assess and resolve our clients’ needs helping them deliver the best commercial outcomes from often complex and/or difficult positions. That means thinking differently, leading effective teams and speaking up with innovative ideas that challenge the status quo.
