We have an opportunity for a Validation Engineer to join us to working closely with Design and suppliers to deliver new products from pre-tooling stages through to production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Ensuring projects are delivered on time

• The delivery of validation and quality activities on NPI projects in line with cross functional project plans

• Working closely with suppliers/production to drive continues improvement with new products

• Playing an integral part of design sign-off

• Working with other functions to investigate design quality concerns.

• Ensuring all quality processes and control plans are in place for new products.

• Producing NPD validation handover pack for SQA – 1st production order.

Our ideal candidate will:

• 
  Have working knowledge of industry standards. EG. WRAS, TMV2, TMV3, BSEN 200, ESEN 1111.

• Have the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Be constantly curious – pushing for new approaches & solutions

• Ensure wellbeing is embraced and an “Engineering Team” culture is fostered

• Have expertise in manufacturing and production processes relevant to Bristan’s product range.

• Champion Health & Safety across all areas
