Job Overview:

The Entry Level / Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative and data entry tasks for our clients. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent time-management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks, including inputting client data into various systems and spreadsheets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
Prepare reports and other documents as needed
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability to work a flexible schedule

Working Conditions:
