We are a fast-growing family run, Executive Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeping service that provides administration, organisational support and assistance to businesses and individuals.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional Virtual Assistant with strong administrative or secretarial skills wanting to develop. There are future progression opportunities to office management.
The successful individual will have a proven track record in administrative assistance, enjoy working remotely, taking the initiative to find solutions to company challenges, and working collaboratively with fellow team members.
Although a remote position, travel to the office in Aberdeenshire will be required for elements of training and at the request of the Directors.
As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining office systems, including data management, CRM, records, contact lists and filing
Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Dealing with incoming emails and logging accordingly
Researching and presenting findings
Project admin, including costing and drawings
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
Liaising with clients
Data entry and bookkeeping tasks
Other administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying etc
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who has the following skills and experiences:
· Relevant experience in the role and strong administrative knowledge
· English language and Mathematics at Level 3 or equivalent or above
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills
· Excellent knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office & Apple
· The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Good organisational and time management skills
· The ability to understand, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
· Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills
· Bookkeeping experience
· Discretion, integrity, and an understanding of confidentiality.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour
